Commemorative coin: 200 Years of the Malta Police Force

Front side: The coin celebrates the 200th anniversary of the Malta Police Force, established by Proclamation XXII of 1814. Thus, the Malta Police Force is one of the oldest in Europe. The national side of the coin features the emblem of the Malta Police Force with the caption “200 Years of the Malta Police Force” and the dates 1814-2014. The outer ring of the coin bears the 12 stars of the European Union.
